Do you think Tabelog is still a good indicator of food quality? Compared to pre-Covid, it seems the Tabelog awards and scores are not as indicative of food quality as before
ReplyDeleteI think the Bronze awards are pretty meaningless. Silver and Gold are generally good indicators, though, like with Michelin, there are some surprises. In general I think the scores are quite good indicators once you understand how they are calculated.
