Lunch and dinner menus are on the restaurant's website in Japanese and partly in French. I went for the 4-course lunch at JPY 4,400, which is the cheapest option at lunch. The same course menu is available for JPY 5,500 on weekday dinners only. There's also a weekday dinner only 3-course menu at JPY 2,530.Cold pea soup needed a deeper flavour of peas to score any more than 7.5. For starter I chose the smoked salmon. The salmon itself was exemplary but the garnish was a bit boring. 9.5/10 for the salmon, 7.5/10 for the garnish. Not much flavour from the main course of roast pork but the sauce was decent. 7.5/10. For dessert I chose nougat glace. It came with a fennel tuille and a cardamon and fennel sauce. An original twist on a classic, this was superb. 8.5-9/10. The menu states bread, olive oil and butter are charged (220 yen each). I didn't ask for any bread but was given some brioche (which was OK) and it was replaced twice, without asking and without charge.
The restaurant has held a Bib Gourmand for eight years. If you're in Azabu-Juban then you'd be quite happy with this for 5k but the food at Bistro Inocchi in Nakameguro (review here) is better and it's better value.

๐ฑ Booking: ๐ฉ Reservations are not required but the restaurant was full on my weekend lunch visit so I recommend making one. You can book online up-to-the minute via Tabelog for two or more people. If you're dining alone you'll need to phone. No English menu. No English spoken.
๐ Location: 2-5-21 Azabu-Juban. 6 mins south down Azabu Dori from Azabu-Juban station Exit 2.
